ZERO STARS Boycotted them years ago due to arrogant security guard. They did me a favour. Aldi are much better. Try them! They're not far from here.
I have always been pleased with the service I receive at your branch. I was provided with excellent service at your Queens Road branch and I truly appreciate it. Staff are very friendly and always ready to help. Month ago I lost my wallet near the Asda Asda car park and your team was very kind to find it for me. I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Julian for the excellent customer service he provided to myself and other customers. He is always working with a happy face and is kind to look after the customers.
Asda Queens rd is a very convenient store for locals but only for small shoppings and quick grabs, most of the tills are now self service so not easy for weekly groceries as self serving tills are small.
The worst staff I’ve ever come across. Old lady kept giving looks and dropping comments.
