welcoming and helpful staff, sometimes they have to deal with so much so we cant blame them for taking some extra time to serve us.

Went in quite late on for a complex transaction. Thought I might be turned away. Far from it, was welcomed and they sorted me out quickly and politely. Grest service.
The automatic paying in machine has gone from being there, but unreliable, to being completely absent. I can commend the branch on having the best collection of dead flies on the floor that I have seen for a very long time. I had a great deal of time to view them as I waited an inordinately long time to pay in my cheque.
