Firstly, they dropped off the same order again a week later — even though I hadn’t ordered it! Then, when I reported the issue, they decided to take away the blocks from my original order, which were in much better condition than the ones they dropped off the second time. Also leaving them stacked on top of each other on an incline.The two packs of blocks were clearly labelled as part of my original order and to be left alone! They were also both next to each other so no chance of them toppling over unlike now stacked unsafely!. This really shouldn’t have happened.
Amazing service from Phil and the team at MKM Sheffield. Gave great advice and everything was delivered on time with everything I needed at a great price. Delivery driver was extremely helpful as well. Would totally recommend and will definitely use this branch again.
I don’t get the point of leaving delivery instructions for them to just not listen and dump it in the most inconvenient place possible?
Great Branch, Phil, and his team are excellent, they always respond with quotes promptly and source the unusual when needed. I have never had an issue dealing with this branch and will continue using them.
Rutland Road Sheffield - I find the staff very friendly, helpful, cooperative and polite. They are very caring and accommodating as they offer breakfast snacks and are also very welcoming.
