I had the worst experience with Argos delivery. My dishwasher was supposed to arrive yesterday (confirmed time slot: 12:30–15:30), but the driver didn’t show up. I had to contact customer service multiple times to find out the driver was ill, yet no one notified me. I was left waiting and had to chase Argos for answers. When I finally reached the driver today, he was rude, unprofessional, and unapologetic. Now I’m being told the earliest re-delivery is in 4 days, making it almost two weeks since my order! Argos should prioritize delayed deliveries and inform customers of issues immediately. This service is unacceptable, and I feel completely let down.
