Not happy not got my delivery either I get my food or my money back and the driver I got was useless he got the wrong address he not read it right he didn't listen to a word I was saying and I couldn't understand him
There's a young lass who works on the tills here at Iceland Shipley (sorry, don't know her name) who has amazing customer service skills. She's always polite, and really friendly whenever she serves me. She is a real credit to the company.
Lovely staff, had what I needed
Fantastic. I went to take advantage of a "3 for £10" offer. Couldn't find one of the items. A member of staff, checked, and found that there weren't any in the designated freezer. He went to check on the next delivery date for me. He realised that there were some on the stock room and went and got me some. Definitely above and beyond. Very pleased indeed. I do shop occasionally at Iceland, but will go more often in future. Highly recommended and many thanks to that staff member and his colleague for being so very helpful.
There's a middle aged ginger haired woman with glasses on the till that seems to pick and choose which customer she prefers to serve in this store and her general customer service is abhorrent. Beginning to consider a possible psychological problem with male customers .
