I had an excellent experience with M D Jones from start to finish when I had my roof retiled. The team was professional, responsive, and demonstrated excellent knowledge by answering all of my queries. They reassured me that work would be completed on schedule and to a high standard. They delivered as promised I'd also like to give a shout-out to the chaps who were very respectful and clean, and the quality of the roof exceeded my expectations. Leon and Lewis have done a fantastic job today. Through wind and rain, they have repaired in places and replaced rotten wood and all new guttering. They were tidy, efficient, courteous and cheerful. Both lads went above and beyond by carrying out an additional repair to a poor job done by someone else, done with a smile and some lively banter! Would thoroughly recommend M D Jones for anyone considering having roofing/guttering work done.

The flat roof above our extension was leaking. Michael responded quickly to our call and arranged to take a look. We were quickly provided with quotes for the various possible solutions and, when the worsening weather proved we needed a replacement fibreglass roof, he arranged for the team to carry out the work at the earliest opportunity (taking into account the weather conditions). The roofing team was courteous and professional, and we were kept informed throughout the process. Highly recommended.

M D Jones roofing company have been nothing but extremely professional and dedicated to the job. Our top floor flat roofs of the dormas were leaking and in need of a complete re-do. From the get go they were very communicative with letting us know what time they'll be coming round, what exactly it is they are doing and what processes they are using. The house is over 150yrs old so Micheal and his team did come across some more roofing problems with the slates and the ridge, however this didn't stop them from from acting professional and adapting to the extra work load. I can't thank Alex and Leon enough, with the nights getting darker earlier they still managed to get so much done and work endlessly. I will definitely be recommending Michael and his team to anyone who needs roofing and building. Very happy customers 😊
