Always shop there when I need anything service is always excellent the products are good. The people who work there are always pleasant and helpful
Lovely, large store. Well laid out and friendly staff. Big staircase at the front with lifts at the back of the store.
Been in many times with my Son who likes to purchase craft stuff. Always have what he wants. Staff are polite and friendly.
It is a great shop, everything you need. I've deducted 2 stars because the last 2 times I visited I was followed by a security guard (plain dressed man who had a great interest in the jewellery making kits) and the other time a member of staff was hovering pretending to fiddle with stock whilst glancing at me every second. I understand that shoplifting is prolific and it has to be done but I am reluctant to go back. Maybe most people wouldn't notice but I am very aware of it. Otherwise the staff are friendly at the tills (when I'm not being followed around because I happened to have gone into my bag to answer my phone) Next time I might go in with my arms in the air and no bag 😉.
Great selection of supplies from crafts for younger children to model kits for older ones and dad. We have done a few workshops here and my children loved them. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
