At the heart of every Flow House is the waves and a party atmosphere. Whether you surf, skate, wakeboard or even snowboard, the FlowRider is a great place to express your own unique flavour of riding.

If you've never ridden before, no problem! Our Instructors and the soft Membrane Ride Surface make the FlowRider a great way to learn to ride in a safe and controlled environment.

Along with flowriding, Flow House also features bars, restaurants, music, entertainment, retail and more, so even if you don't ride it's a great place to hang out with friends.

Accessibility Statement

FlowRiding is an extreme sport. This activity will not be suitable for everyone. That said, wherever possible, we will try to accommodate all visitors and can make special arrangements if possible. Car Parking Flow House as part of Xscape complex which has 88 free car-parking spaces for those members of the public requiring disabled access in line with blue badge criteria. Access to the building Access through Xscape’s main doors are all automatic. Access to Flow House Flow House is situated at the back of the mall on the first floor with lift access to our main entrance and shop. There is ramp access to our reception, café/bar and changing areas. Access to our FlowRiders is via a small set of stairs. Arrangements can be made to access this area. Toilet facilities There are accessible toilets situated in the shop area and changing area of Flow House. VIP Bar There are stairs up to our VIP bar area and no lift is available. As this is where children’s party food bookings are held, arrangements to hold parties on the ground floor can be made with prior notice.
