Ponderosa offers much more than just a visit to see the animals. We have reptile rooms, zip wire slides, beaches, sandpits, outdoor play areas, indoor soft play and lots more...Ponderosa is fully wheelchair accessible so everyone can come and enjoy what we have.Ponderosa is a non-profit making organization and houses an abundance of rare breeds animals. On site facilities include coffee shop, gift shop and play areas. All facilities are wheel chair and push chair friendly.Ponderosa is set in its own grounds with beautiful gardens and lakes. Seating is situated around the grounds and provide the perfect place to sit and take in the stunning gardens.Ponderosa is a great place for all ages and abilities to visit.Facilities include:-Bonanza Playbarn - Come and spend an hour in our new indoor soft play barn. With ball pools, slides and lots of noisy things to find you'll have a whale of a time. Please note that the playbarn is suitable for children up to 8 years old. For safety reasons socks must be worn but don't panic if you forget because we sell socks for 50p.Gift Shop - Browse round our gift shop we sell all-sorts of fun things from pencils, farm toys and teddies. Our prices start from 50p and go up to £14.99Coffee Shop & Ice Cream Parlour - Whether you fancy a quick cuppa, toastie, some chips or want to design your own ice cream sundae the coffee shop is the place to go!!Lakeside Restaurant - Serving freshly prepared high quality food to your table, if your looking for something a little bit special the restaurant is where you want to go, also boasting a fully licensed bar. Please ring before your visit to ensure we are doing pony rides to avoid disappointmentMeet & Feed - At the ticket office you can purchase animal food for 50p which you can feed to the llamas, pigs, goats and sheep.Aquatica - A peaceful tranquil room which houses our tropical & cold water fish. Also home to crabs, land snails and other creepy crawlies.Play Area - We have a small climbing area for children by the lake side and also play equipment by the coffee shop.Beach - Come and make a splash in our paddling pools and make your own sandcastles, with our ever expanding and exciting beach area that is where it at!!
