I took my car to sell today and I was looked after by Josh. What an easy and pleasant experience!! He was so patient with my children, helping them get drinks etc.. he was really friendly and chatty and got the whole process done and dusted within the hour. He fairly priced my vehicle, made everything understandable, he was really knowledgeable and efficient. Would go back a thousand times to have that level of service again. Thanks so much Josh.
I went to look at a Dacia duster, the salesman, Ashley, was helpful and courteous and even though I did not buy the car I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store and Ashley in particular.
Josh Hoole managed the sale of my car today and it was all complete in less than an hour of me booking the appointment at home. The customer service was 10/10 and he was great with my daughter, he made sure she had a lovely drink whilst she waited and included her where he could in conversation. Josh was welcoming, a great communicator and explained everything clearly to me (who doesn’t have much experience with selling a car). Based off this I would absolutely recommend to my friends and family and would personally recommend Josh due to his great skills!
Hassan in click and collect Wakefield was extremely pleasant and very helpful. Handover was smooth and hassle free. Went to Arnold Clark yesterday and spoke to Michael Firth, he was incredibly helpful in finding just the right car within budget and low insurance as I only recently passed my test. Super friendly guy, very welcoming and pleasant to speak to, we went quite late but he worked over to ensure I got sorted. Drove away in the car the next day and cannot thank him enough.
