A picture of this place should be in the dictionary next to the word useless. They always take forever and an never find parcels. 3 times ive been here and they still cant find my parcel
Very poor customer service here. Its a Yodel drop off point but they have NO packaging for you, bit silly that guys, so now I have to go OUT OF MY WAY to get these that you should supply. Wont come back here. The customer assistance wasnt even bothered about helping me either. Waste if my time and petrol. thanks guys for such poor customer service.
Annoying that my purchases were placed in a plastic bag I did not ask for and I was charged for the privilege! Train staff to ask not assume.
This Spar is set up as a collection point for ebay customers. Yet when we send items to them for their local customers to collect they refuse the packages. Bad show and ignorant to one of the responsibilities that their chain has undertaken. Look into it Spar, I am weary of my customers packets being refused - YOU are listed as a collection point for mail order packages. Check with your head office and stop refusing parcels.
Let me just start by saying how rude and unexperienced the staff are with dealing with good repeat customers . Shortage on basket and asking upon asking for one get a disgusting response 🙄
