Corporate Lawyer
Our client, a specialist commercial law firm, is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join its team in Wetherby. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer looking to play a key role in the growth of a modern, ambitious practice that takes a different approach to delivering legal services. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead high-quality corporate transactions, build lasting client relationships, and help shape the future direction of the corporate offering alongside an experienced and collaborative team. You will work with a diverse range of businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, and management teams, advising on complex transactions and strategic corporate matters in a dynamic and commercially focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead a variety of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, management buyouts, angel investments, private equity investments, and restructures Advise clients on general corporate matters, including shareholder agreements, corporate structures, and corporate governance Support clients with EMI schemes and other share incentive arrangements Work closely with colleagues across commercial, IP, data protection, employment, and commercial property on cross-disciplinary matters About You 4 years PQE+ Solicitor with significant experience in corporate law Strong track record of leading corporate transactions and managing client relationships Commercially focused with excellent technical and drafting skills Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across multiple legal disciplines What's on Offer?
