I had such a great experience at this store that I felt the need to share it. I've been a glasses wearer for 20 years but i've never had such a thorough and educational eye check as the one I had with Hannah, she was really fantastic and very personable. Special mention to Louise as well who really took the time to go through the ordering and measuring process with me. I can highly recommend this Specsavers.

The team were very friendly and efficient. They ran to time which was important to me as I had my appointment during my working day, The lady who helped pick my new frames was really helpful, she was honest with what frames did and didn't work for me and I didn't feel hurried at any point to try and pick the right ones. Great staff, very approachable and really wanted to help as much as possible. Everyone was very efficient. Optometrist explained everything really clearly, was very reassuring about my current eye health, gave helpful advice about likely future changes. Staff were supportive but not pressuring about choosing new glasses frames, options and costs clearly explained.

I was travelling from Scotland to visit family near Wetherby. I developed a problem with my left eye. A particle embedded under my eyelid. I made an appointment and was seen very quickly, although I wasn't registered with this branch. The examination was very thorough and the opthalmogist, Jon, located the particle and removed it. Excellent treatment from start to finish. Highly recommend, 5 star service. Thank you 😊
