Swinton Park Cookery School, Masham - Swinton Park is a luxury castle hotel set in 200 acres of parkland in the Yorkshire Dales. A family home since the late 1800s, it has played host to country house parties of legendary style and grandeur. The Cookery School is housed in the former Georgian stables with a wide range of residential and day courses designed to suit all levels of experience and ages. Rosemary Shrager (seen on Ladette to Lady, The Alan Titchmarsh Show and her own cooking series, School for Cooks, filmed at Swinton Park) runs the two-day residential courses.
