1 Your Account

1.1 Access to the Website and Services is not authorised by any other person or entity using your User ID other than you and you are responsible for preventing such unauthorised use. Individuals and entities whose privilege to access the Website or use the Services has previously been terminated by Yorkshire.com may not register for an account, nor may you designate any such individuals to use your account on your behalf.

1.2 Yorkshire.com relies on User IDs to determine whether users accessing the Website and using our Services are authorised to do so. If someone accesses our Website or Services using a User ID that we have issued to you, we will assume that access has been made by you. You are solely responsible for any and all access to the Website or use of the Services by persons using your User ID. Please notify us immediately if you become aware that your User ID is being used without authorisation.

2 Security and Privacy

2.1 Our secure server software encrypts all your payment card details. The process scrambles all the information, allowing no unauthorised third party to intercept the data. Your browser will confirm that you are shopping in a secure environment by showing either a locked padlock icon or an image of a padlock next to the payment details in the relevant area of the Website.

2.2 Information such as credit card information provided in connection with the purchase of a Deal is maintained with appropriate privacy and security protections. No sensitive information (including credit card details) is held on the Website.

2.3 You agree that information provided to us in connection with the purchase of a Deal, other than your credit card information, may be disclosed by us to the Merchant for their commercial purposes including for the purposes of providing the Deal to you.

2.4 Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and disclose information that relates to your privacy.   • Farmer Copleys Farm Shop, Pontefract - locally sourced fully traceable foods and great variety. Winner of Harvey Nichols Taste Awards for their Beef and Steak Pies two years in a row, and a finalist at the Butchers Shop Of The Year Awards 2006.
  • Castle Howard Farm Shop - With a choice of local produce in the award-winning Farm Shop, handmade confectionery in the Chocolate Shop and estate grown plants, trees and shrubs in the Plant Centre. The Carriage House sells home lifestyle goods and accessories, and the Bookshop has something to interest bookworms of all ages. Shoppers can enjoy seasonal menus in the Courtyard Café.
  • Newby Hall Farm shop - recently voted in the top 50 farm shops by The Daily Telegraph.   • Blacker Hall Farm Shop, Wakefield. Offering a vast range of fresh meat direct from their own farm, freshly baked bread and baking, this family run farm shop has quickly become renowned for its exceptional quality fresh produce. 
  • Kilnsey Park, Skipton visit Kilnsey Estate farm shop for their famous rainbow trout and award-winning produce from our smokehouse, including smoked trout fillets, pates and pies. They also stock a wide range of Yorkshire Dales produce and can make up special hampers. The cosy café/restaurant is open all day for a full menu of seasonal local Dales dishes, light snacks and cream teas.

  • The Whole Hogg, Malton, with real old-fashioned charm, the Farm Shop boasts a well stocked butchery and delicatessen and sells a wide selection of traditional farmhouse produce including organic vegetables, jams, chutneys, bread and home-baking. Beautifully located in a converted cart shed on our traditional working farm, the Whole Hogg Farm Shop and Tearoom, enjoys a picturesque and tranquil setting close to the banks of the River Derwent in Ryedale, North Yorkshire
  • Trotters Farm Shop is situated between Malton and Scarborough, at the foot of the Wolds and all of our produce is available from our Yorkshire farmshop, which features a full on site butchery, as well as online through this website. We feel that we are quite unique in that ALL our pigs are born, raised and finished outside in an entirely natural way. At all stages they have the freedom to root and roam, as they would in the wild.
  • The Balloon Tree Farmshop in Gate-Helmsley, are a true and market led farmshop because they grow the majority of their products ourselves in light sandy soil which gives a unique flavour to their homegrown produce. They grow around 30 types of fruit and vegetables, with 150 varieties. They harvest the produce from the farm fresh every morning, so they can choose varieties for their flavour and not their shelf life. This means that the produce is 'superfresh' and the most flavoursome and nutritious available.
