Reporting to the Platform Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation, governance and ongoing development of platform processes across the group.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>As Platform Administrator, you will support the day-to-day management and oversight of platform activity, ensuring processes run efficiently and accurately while providing first-class support to advisers, paraplanners and administrators.</p> <p>The role requires excellent organisational skills, strong technical capability and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support platform migrations and onboard new client assets</li><li>Respond to queries from advisers, paraplanners and administrators across the group</li><li>Manage issues, escalations and development requests, liaising with platform relationship managers to ensure timely resolution</li><li>Handle complex submissions, including trusts, corporate accounts, bonds and deceased cases</li><li>Create and amend investment models</li><li>Process manual trades and fund conversions</li><li>Produce platform reports and validate data accuracy</li><li>Submit asset and fund availability requests</li><li>Assist with complaints handling and error resolution</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date platform resources and documentation on the intranet</li><li>Set up and manage staff platform access and permissions</li><li>Coordinate platform maintenance requirements</li><li>Handle AML and bank verification queries</li><li>Liaise with third-party providers and discretionary fund managers</li><li>Monitor and manage team mailboxes</li><li>Support ad hoc projects and platform development initiatives as required</li></ul> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <p>The successful candidate will have:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience within the IFA market and working with provider platforms, with a minimum of three years' experience preferred</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads independently</li><li>Confidence in identifying and escalating issues where appropriate</li><li>Strong IT and systems capability</li><li>The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems</li><li>Excellent time management skills and a reliable, professional approach</li></ul> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>What's on Offer?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience</li><li>Nationwide opportunities with flexibility to be based from any office location</li><li>A supportive and collaborative working environment</li><li>Exposure to platform projects and business improvement initiatives</li><li>Excellent opportunities for career development and progression</li><li>The chance to play a key role in the continued growth and evolution of the business</li></ul> <p><br /></p> <p>This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced platform professional looking to join a forward-thinking organisation where their expertise and ideas will be valued.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Apply today via NJR Recruitment or call quoting the reference NJR16827</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Please note: Due to a high volume of applications, if your CV does not reflect the essential requirements, or you answer ‘no’ to key screening questions, we may not be able to contact you.</p>
