Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Providing tailored financial advice based on clients' individual needs, objectives, and circumstances.</li><li>Conducting comprehensive financial reviews and developing suitable recommendations.</li><li>Advising clients on a range of financial planning areas, including investments, pensions, protection, and retirement planning.</li><li>Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.</li><li>Growing and managing your own client portfolio.</li><li>Developing referral partnerships and professional introducer relationships.</li><li>Ensuring all advice is delivered in line with FCA regulations and compliance requirements.</li><li>Generating new business through networking, referrals, and business development activities.</li><li>Maintaining accurate client records and delivering excellent client outcomes.</li></ul> What We're Looking For <ul> <li>Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).</li><li>Experience providing regulated financial advice.</li><li>Strong relationship-building and communication skills.</li><li>A client-centric approach with a passion for delivering positive outcomes.</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to grow a successful advisory business.</li><li>Self-motivated, professional, and driven to succeed.</li><li>Good understanding of FCA regulations, Consumer Duty, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Existing client relationships or business development experience would be advantageous.</li></ul> Why The Openwork Partnership?
