<p><strong>Residential Conveyancer</strong></p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> remote</p> <p><strong>Salary:</strong> £35,000–£50,000 DOE</p> <p>We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our team on a fully remote basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to manage a varied caseload while delivering exceptional client service within a supportive and collaborative environment.</p> <p>You will be responsible for handling residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and other residential property transactions. You will liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure transactions progress efficiently.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing their own conveyancing caseload, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and client care.
