I've been a regular customer of Arnold Clark the past six years, and feel it’s about time I express my utmost satisfaction. Every rental experience has been smooth, reliable, and hassle-free. Consistent and excellent service is why I keep coming back, and I particularly want to commend Mike for his outstanding help and professionalism every single time!
Fantastic experience from start to finish! Recently hired a car at the York branch, got picked up at the train station and dropped back off on way back, very efficient service. Friendly, professional and very helpful staff. Highly reccommend using Arnold Clark to anyone wanting to hire a car, this will be the only place I hire from moving forward thats for sure, the best around! A very happy customer here.
Thank you to Mike and Jess who made the pick up and drop off fuss free. Everything sorted within a matter of minutes meaning I could get on with the rest of my day. Previously used Enterprise, but when Arnold Clark offer you a nearly new car that has been thoroughly cleaned for a price that matches or is better than Enterprise it really is a no brainer. Really can't fault any of it and is the reason they are my first choice when hiring a car. Thanks again.
Very friendly, helpful and professional people at Arnold Clark in York. They went out of their way to shuttle us from the train station to their location and back. The young lady driving the van was delightful. We will rent from then again if ever back in York.
I’ve used Arnold Clark regularly for work over the past two years and have always been impressed. Huge thanks to Sean, Mike, Jess and the whole team for their excellent service, clear communication and smooth organisation. The cars are always immaculate, high-spec, and any rare issues are sorted quickly. I’m moving on from my current role, so won’t be hiring through work anymore, but I’d definitely choose Arnold Clark for personal use. Having tried other companies in the past, Arnold Clark consistently offers better vehicles, lower prices and far better service.
