This is the second time in 2 years I’ve used Dacres. They know the area, their valuations are spot on, photos are the best I’ve seen and the team at Bingley are very good. I sold both houses very quickly. I’d like to give a special mention to Cath Bradbury. My first sale was complex and she handled it so well.
