KFC Rockingham - Dearne Valley

Ordered a takeaway tonight and after waiting over 35 minutes when the app said 20 minutes, we received what can only be described as inedible, overcooked food.. the order was missing items, we were given a half portion of chips, the gravy was all over the bottom of the bag and the bag had fallen through.. when I called the restaurant to tell them how bad the food was, I was told by a rude boy that he doubted that they had got it so wrong…!!!! Imagine my distress.. I will be contacting there customer service in the morning with the boys name and demanding some answers.. an absolute joke… we use KFC quite regular and this is by far the worst food we have ever had and to be questioned about our complaint by a young boy is just adding salt into the would.. incompetent staff and the place should be shut down.. serving luke warm chicken that has clearly been cooked hours before is a serious risk to people.. they could cause someone to be seriously ill or possibly even worse should it be someone who already has underlying issues.. Absolutely disgusting food and service.. Stay well clear..

Popped in for a quick bite on the way home from visiting friends. Went in store rather than using the drive through. Ordered on the touch screens, and only waited about 30 seconds for my food, so that was excellent. Food was hot, fresh and tasty, and exactly as expected. Visit was Saturday evening, and I guess they'd been quite busy - the store was looking messy and a little dirty, with lots of rubbish on tables and mess on the floors, and they clearly needed an extra person on shift to do some cleaning from my POV. Still, wasn't eating off the floor, and there were some clean tables to eat at, so good enough!

I've passed through a number of times over the last year and each time it's been a serviceable visit: warm food and a clean restaurant. Unfortunately, service is a little on the slower side which often surprises me as I visit usually in the quieter hours of the day. But, at the end of the day, it's reliable for a quick bite to eat before or during a long commute.

After family day out , way to the home, we stop at KFC . We go in to order food takeaway. One thing that takes 20 minutes for our order preparation is that I'm not very happy because we are all tired be and the takeaway will be empty . Bet this is nothing when we try how much tasty food there is and all so good serving! Definitely recommend! Inside tubeless be very clean and nice atmosphere, just we can't enjoy eat in because at home dogs waiting us already 5 hours! 💫

Haven’t had a KFC for ages. I used to like the hot wings. (You used to get 3 for about £1) they were awful. The coating was in no way the original Colonel Sanders recipe. It was far too crunchy and hot with no flavour. I paid extra for three. The standard only gets two now. The wings are also very small.
