Sytner Land Rover Huddersfield

My partner and I recently purchased a Range Rover from Sytner at Huddersfield and received not only a great deal both on the car and also on our part exchange, but also a 5* service! I cannot rate both Lewis (the salesperson) and Billie (the finance person) enough! Lewis really went out of his way to make sure the car was ready for collection so we could take it on our holiday, as we needed a towbar. The handover process was in depth and thorough and when we had a query, Lewis responded straight away (we have never owned a hybrid before so had some newbie questions :D) Billie was really friendly and clearly explained the finance options, and didn't pressure us at all into taking Land Rover finance (although we did in the end as the rates and offers were outstanding!) What really stood out was the communication - quick responses and clear, helpful answers every time I had a question. Special mention to Lewis for arranging collection of my car a day earlier than I’d originally requested, that made a big difference and was greatly appreciated. The handover was excellent, and the extra touches like taking the time to show me the different settings before I drove away really stood out.
