This branch is good overall—nothing extraordinary, but consistently reliable. The service is quick, especially at the drive-thru, which makes it very convenient, it's also halal. The food is well-portioned and cooked properly, which I appreciate as some other branches can be inconsistent. The chicken was crispy and juicy, and everything tasted fresh. The gravy is a must-try, and the mash was perfectly smooth and paired well with the meal. Overall, a solid place and great food with great prices to match.
I had a great experience at KFC today. Food was hot, fresh and served quickly. A special thank you to Sawera for her excellent customer service. She was polite, friendly and made sure my order was correct. Will definitely be coming back 😁
don’t usually leave reviews but I just had to leave one for this place, I had such an amazing drive through experience today! Zaineb at the drive through was very welcoming and greeted me with nothing but smiles. the best customer service i have ever experienced, will deffo be visiting again and recommending to family and friends! Thankyou Zaineb, keep it up!
Absolutely brilliant service from Zaineb, one of the most attentive and respectful members of staff i’ve come across she was incredibly helpful with my order even when i felt like i was being difficult. She was so patient and kind even when my kids were nagging about. Tbh she would probably be the only reason i would go back to that particular branch. Give that girl a raise!!!
The food is nice but when we bought the food they didn’t give us the whole meal and drinks were missing but they still charged us the price for the meal including the drinks. The workers were confused and we had to confirm our meal again. When we tried calling to complain about the incomplete meal they didn’t answer after more than half an hour of calling. Whoever uses the drive thru please check your meal before you leave.
