KFC Bradford - Westfield Shopping Centre

Poor Service, Lack of Accountability, and Unprofessional Conduct ​I am writing to report a deeply disappointing experience at your branch. ​During my visit, I was served my Chocolate Krunch shake, but before my transaction was even finalized, I was told to hold while the crew member voided a cookie that had been added to my order by mistake. Instead of quickly resolving this and completing my sale, the crew member immediately began serving another customer, leaving me standing there with my drink. By the time my transaction was finally completed, my shake had already begun to melt and turn warm. ​When I pointed out the delay, the situation escalated. The crew member refused to accept any responsibility for the error or the poor service. Instead, she became defensive and blamed me, telling me that I should have "read the screen properly" before checking out. To make matters worse, another customer began shouting at me, accusing me of lacking etiquette. I went there for a meal, not to be caught in a confrontation caused by a staff member’s inability to manage their own queue. ​In a professional environment, it is the staff's responsibility to manage transactions efficiently and treat customers with respect. It is entirely unacceptable for a crew member to prioritize a new customer over an existing, unresolved transaction, and even more so to blame the customer for the staff's own mistakes. ​I hope management takes this feedback seriously. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this incident to ensure that staff are trained in proper transaction management and respectful communication.

I came to KFC the other day and was really pleased with the service and the food. Anam had served me and she was amazing. She got my order spot on and she answered all my questions. I was very pleased with the perfect experience. My food was warm and delicious. Thank you Anam!

Amazing kfc . The staff are very kind and polite and the food is made fresh. The service was also very quick. Also thanks to hafsa for helping me to use the kiosks

Came today for a meal and definitely got a pleasant experience. Thankyou to Sami who helped me order my food through the kiosk and his amazing customer service. I will be back.
