<p>Senior People Business Partner – 12-Month FTC </p> <p>We are recruiting an experienced <strong>Senior People Business Partner</strong> to join a fast-paced, operationally led organisation on a <strong>12-month fixed-term contract</strong>.</p> <p><strong>Package:</strong> &#163;70k, 25 days’ holiday &#43; bank holidays &#43; birthday off, pension, employee discounts and free onsite parking/EV charging.</p> <p>This is a hands-on, highly visible role, partnering with senior leaders and leading a small BP team through continued change and transformation. You’ll balance strategic priorities with day-to-day operational people challenges in an environment where pace, adaptability and sound judgement are essential.</p> <p><strong>We’re looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Senior HR/People BP experience within logistics, transport, manufacturing, FMCG or a similar operational environment</li><li>Strong ER and organisational change experience, including TUPE, restructures and redundancy</li><li>Confidence influencing and challenging senior stakeholders</li><li>A pragmatic, commercially minded approach and the ability to work effectively through ambiguity</li></ul> <p><strong>This is a confidential 12-month fixed-term appointment.
