Role Description The Operations Supervisor is a full-time for NUKKAD, a cafe concept based in Bradford. responsible for overseeing daily operational activities and ensuring targets are met safely and efficiently. This role includes supervising team members, organizing workloads, monitoring performance, and supporting staff development. The Operations Supervisor will coordinate resources, manage schedules, and address operational issues promptly to maintain smooth workflow. They will review processes, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance productivity and quality. The role also involves clear communication with internal stakeholders, reporting on operational performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and health and safety standards. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills with experience leading teams, providing guidance, and supporting performance management. Practical experience in Operations and Operations Management, including coordinating daily activities and optimizing workflows. Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements. Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with team members and stakeholders clearly and professionally. Previous experience in a supervisory or operations role within a similar environment is highly beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Bradford, manage multiple priorities, and remain calm under pressure. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance. Relevant vocational training or a qualification in operations, management, or a related field is an advantage.
