One of the standout projects, titled Hidden Threads: Revealing the Heritage of South Asian Muslim Women in Bradford, has received £160,000 to document and celebrate the rich textile heritage of South Asian Muslim women in the city. Despite having one of the largest South Asian Muslim populations in the UK, many of their traditional skills and stories have remained undocumented.

• Skills such as phulkari, sozni, crewelwork, tilla embroidery, and Kashikadri will be highlighted.

The Leap has been awarded £249,974 to create a community grants programme that will allow local organisations to apply for funding between £500 and £10,000. This initiative aims to showcase the cultural traditions, knowledge, and skills of Bradford's diverse communities from the 1940s to the present day.
