I received a cold call from this company, or somebody representing this company, requesting that they check my windows for heat efficiency. As the windows were installed over 30 years ago, I consented to them carrying out an inspection to determine whether any major faults were present of which I was unaware. Upon arriving, (on time), I was asked where my wife was! (At the gym, as it happened), I was then, and only then, informed that both property owners were required to be present in order for the survey to go ahead. This was certainly news to me. I couldn't really get a definitive answer as to why it was mandatory for both property owners had to be present. Neither could I get a definitive answer as to why the company cold called me, despite our telephone number being registered with TPS for many years. The 'surveyor' then left without conducting the survey but I got the distinct impression from the 'surveyor' that this failed survey was largely my error!!! When I checked the name of this 'surveyor' against the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors list of members - I drew a complete blank!! I'm guessing that this 'surveyor' was a simply a salesperson trained to use a device for measuring heat transfer through glass. I strongly suspect the sales pitch would then have followed.

Very happy with the work carried out,professional and polite! Staff where great and very reliable! smooth service throughout would definitely recommend and use again in the future!

Disreputable company scamming money out of vulnerable pensioners for work that is not needed. Need to examine their sales approach and their conscience. Manager admits people always ringing up trying to cancel. I wonder why? P.S : I am NOT a 'disgruntled former employee' - if you look at all their reviews - this is their stock answer to any poor reviews. They are clear liars and cheats and yes - why would their manager say that everyone tries to cancel? It's because they're not a reputable company!

Our windows were fitted a year ago. Workmanship was really good. It was the follow up service which was appalling. We were given 3 dates for the windows to be fitted. The guarantee took over six weeks to be sent to us. I have recently phoned up six times as some rubber has started to protrude. I have been told told a load of lies, ie contractors will be there on a given date, no one came. You will be phoned, no we weren't. I phoned again today, to be told someone will be with you Thursday. I pointed out it might have bee courteous to ask us first. Also no time could be given so again looks as though we'll have another wasted day. Next will be legal proceedings as they in breach of their guarantee!!

Absolutely awful experience. Three visits from their staff since January. Up until today the workmanship was shoddy to say the least. Luckily we have contacts in the trade who pointed out the shortcomings of the first two visits. On top of this, the manager was only concerned with extracting the payment balance from us. This was never going to happen until we were completely satisfied. So, if you can’t avoid using this firm ( my first choice). Please find an independent tradesman to inspect before you pay. I would never use this firm again. Disgraceful customer relations.
