Hay don’t worry I was met by a friendly and professional team for my NHS surgery. From the information video I was worried that it may be over a week before I could see properly again without pain and loss of vision. I needed not worry the surgeon was very clear and talked me through the procedure. Within a couple of days I was absolutely fine and no issues with my vision including driving. All good Greg
This was my first time ever going through such a procedure like the cataract surgery. I was nervous, but the staff made me feel so welcome. All of them were friendly, respectful and explained the whole procedure simple enough for me to understand and answered all my questions in lots of detail. I am very happy with the whole process from beginning to end. Thank you for everything!
My experience dealing with Optegra is excellent. From reception through the different departments to the surgeon I was treated with care, respect and professionalism. I have no worries going into my second eye cateract procedure.
The staff were all friendly and kept me informed. The procedure went well and aftercare was explained. However I have now developed floaters and, as mentioned in the brochure, I rang the number given. I didn't really get any satisfactory response, being told to wait and see. I still have the floaters and find them irritating.
Absolutely brilliant from the first appointment to both eyes getting done. Very impressive incredibly friendly and very professional from start to finish. I literally have 20/20 vision for the first time in 40 years
