From start to finish, this company was an absolute dream to deal with. The lady who took my call was so professional and knowledgeable, and Jay, who fitted the part, was spot on. Such a nice guy. Really impressed with Northern fan services who I called out of hours for an emergency breakdown. They quickly had me up and running and I was able to pay direct by card. Great knowledge and very friendly team. Will definitely keep there number handy in the future. Thanks again for the speedy way you got my kitchen working again.
As a retired maintenance engineer I was very impressed with Jay's approach in identifying our fan problem and how he went about it to resolve it. He was very thorough and wouldn't accept the faults and errors found from the previous installation so corrected them all.
My restaurant fan broke down on a busy night. The out of hours line took my call and engineers came out to repair within a few hours. Very happy with the service and i didn’t have to close my restaurant Would use this company again
