I'd give zero stars. I literally just bought eye drops over the counter I went out to my car outside for like 2 seconds. I got the wrong item I went back in straight away to change the item to the right one and she goes I can't change it which is ridiculous for eye drops on the shelf then I paid again for the right eye drops. My child suffers from severe eye infections and we desperately needed the eye drops to sooth his eyes from the irritation what could of been an easy transactional swap turned out to be the fact that I had to pay for a whole new eye drops which is disgusting now I own extra eye drops that will never be used and gone to waste. What I'm more upset this is the fact that I was in a rush for the care of my son and I was spoken to in such a rude manner basically told to F off you are not getting the eye drops for exchange you are buying new ones then I got ignored and had no choice but to buy the extra eye drops.

Wonderful staff. Miss Emily and Toby. Kind,empathetic professional. I saw the Pharmacist Toby today. Quick consult on phone. Nipped up. Private consultation in a room prescription given. I live in Rodley and the chemist in Farsley is always busy, rarely picks up the phone - quicker to come to CALVERLEY, never queues or wait times. Thankyou for providing such wonderful customer service..🙏😊

Sat in traffic for an hour and finished work 2 hours early only to be almost laughed at when i said i had a flu jab booked. The rude lady said all the bookings were blocked out, yet somehow, i booked one!!! With confirmation. I was then told, "Well, we are all the the same boat." What does that even mean!!!. Just a quick call would have been nice.

Really disappointed in this chemist. My mum has used them for over 20 years and is now struggling with dementia. I requested her tablets to be dispensed in a Dosset box so that carers can administer her tablets, but was told they are too busy to accommodate this.I have now gone elsewhere. Seems this business wants your money so long as you are an easy customer. Appalling ethics.

Service getting slower and slower. Not only are my doctors taking longer to release a prescription but the pharmacy want three days to process it. Having moved area where items were available the same day with less staff available you’d think this process could be shortened!
