Went for an eye test for an updated prescription last week. All went well, pid upfront, made it clear i was unable to pick the glasses up due to work hours and said my mother would be picking them up, i got a call to say they were ready i thanked the receptionist and reminded her my mother will be collecting and she said that was fine, they took her details and then when she went down they were either shut hours earlier than advertised and when she managed to get in, they straight up refused to let her collect them because they “didn't have permission” until now over not had a poor experience but this has caused stress. I will not be using them again once i do finally get my glasses.

Was after some medication urgently for a family member, no one had any in stock, called up spoke to a very friendly young lady who advised me they didn't have any but did have a suitable alternative. Very polite helpful and friendly service thanks guys! 🙂👍

I'm very grateful for the service given today to sort out an urgent prescription for my mum, the staff went above and beyond to get it sorted for her before the bank holidays. Thank you all very much for helping out and ensuring my mum has the medication she urgently needs.
