I’m giving this 5 star service to blade for there outstanding employee Dee Covington from start to finish she’s been amazing always at the other end of the line to help with organising arrival of machinery and if I had any questions she’d put my mind at ease and send over the relevant information she is a massive asset to your company thanks for a great service on my site. Great film to deal with. Used to use regularly a fee years ago before we got our own MEWP. Not starting to use again as need bigger machines.. Alwsys helpful, polite and usually can help at short notice.

Drivers are completely inconsistent when parking your company branded vehicles. Activity blocking roads and parking within disabled parking bays when branded vehicle not in use. You contact customer support and they are rude and say sorry just have to put up with it, when are vehicles are not in use, we let are staff take them home and use them as a private vehicles.

I had the pleasure of securing a job with Blade. From the start they are proffessional in every respect aswell as being very helpful in what ever issuses may arise. For that i have to especially thank Russ and Liam who really are first rate guys. It was due to my stupidity that i parted company today.gutted. Highly recommended IF YOU LIKE HEIGHTS.

Do not deal.with blade access. They don't send invoices on time and are quick to send to some snotty debt collection agency. We are closing out account with blade with Immediate effect. Avoid like the plague.
