Visited on a Sunday for food and drinks, only four staff on, two serving and two cooking, but the meals and service was good. Staff and other customers were very friendly, making the experience enjoyable. The pub serves pub food at reasonable prices, and the food was really good, we really enjoyed ourselves. Covid has enforced some changes, but it didn’t ruin the experience and the staff enforced the one way system and social distancing in a nice friendly manner.

My good friend and I were out for a drive and despite some atrocious weather conditions with some badly flooded roads around Grassington and Kettlewell, we arrived in sunshine at The Buck Inn in Buckden. This was my 4th visit and once again I wasn't disappointed. A very warm welcome greeted us not to mention the lovely roaring fire! My friend certainly enjoyed having his back to that! Our food was truly scrumptious. I had the Chicken supreme with vegetables and Hassleback potatoes and bacon pieces. Absolutely mouth watering. My friend had a Cracoe sausage crusty cob. He said that he'd never tasted sausages as good as Jacksons of Cracoe. I had Sticky Toffee pudding with ice cream for dessert. Thoroughly enjoyable. Thank you to all at The Buck Inn. We will be back.

Dropped by for an Evening meal, after visiting friends. What a gem! Staff friendly ,real fires, a nice selection of local Beers. Reasonable choice on the menu. The Lamb shank was the best I've had, with proper mint sauce. Definitely be visiting again.

Such an amazing place, me and my family were staying in one of the nearby cottages and visiting the pub was a highlight of our stay. Peter in particular was very friendly and welcoming - made us feel right at home! Top food, booze, and friendly faces, what more could you want.

Had a lovely couple of days staying in this beautiful inn. Food excellent and the rooms and surroundings are amazing. Dogs are very welcome. The hosts Jeremy and Jo are on hand at all times and nothing is too much trouble. Well worth a visit highly recommend, we will be going back for sure. This is a new venture and looking very promising for the future. Roy & Sue Turner.
