I ordered mighty bucket for 1 at drive through which was supposed to be 2 drumsticks 2 fillets 2 hot wings in a bucket...got a bucket of 8 mini fillets instead 🙄...Didn't know until I got home and opened it. And the chicken was too dry. Make sure you open your order and check before you go home! Keep the receipt as well. And staff needs sorting to work better!
3.30 on a Friday afternoon. Therefore it was before the after school rush starts. Dirty tables, seats and floor. No one in but I eventually went to the counter to pick up our food. They were serving drive throughs. Mostly ok food but grandson said some of the chicken was off. Couldn't wait to get out to be honest. Manager needs to be looking at the restaurant and making sure it's clean and comfortable to sit in.
Once over sitting in for food would be a lovely family experience. Now. Firstly the place is freezing, meaning you have to sit with your coats on. The staff dont even acknowledge that you are there as they are too busy serving the drive through customers and dealing with online orders. When they eventually notice there's a human being stood there they lack communication skills. Your made to feel like you should not be in the restaurant. Very poor experience
Very poorly trained staff. One of the manager -on duty when i went was worse. There was no drink and the disorganisation was disgraceful to watch while there. The branch should be closed,just a disgrace : (
I gone through the KFC drive thru at 22:00 last night and after paying for my food I wasn’t getting served until 22:30 so 30 minutes on waiting for food. I told them I never wanted the food in the end so they give me my money back but they were busy sorting just eat orders out in there yet have other customers waiting 30 minutes for food, will not be going back
