•Saucony has unveiled its new Spiritual Guidance capsule, a collection of footwear that celebrates the connection between performance, self-expression and inner alignment. Rather than focusing solely on speed or competition, the collection encourages runners to trust their instincts, follow their own rhythm and enjoy the journey.
What Is The Spiritual Guidance Collection?
The Spiritual Guidance capsule is a new footwear collection designed by Isaac Neves, bringing together three of Saucony's most popular models across four distinctive colourways. The collection includes two versions of the ProGrid Guide 7, the ProGrid Paramount and the performance-focused Guide 19, each inspired by themes of spirituality, balance and personal growth.

According to Saucony, the collection explores "the true connection between performance and inner alignment", encouraging wearers to trust their rhythm, follow their inner signal and run their own path.
Designed To Inspire Movement
Running has long been about more than fitness alone. For many people it provides space to think, unwind and reconnect with themselves. The Spiritual Guidance collection builds on this idea by combining lifestyle-inspired design with running performance, creating shoes that reflect both physical movement and mental wellbeing.
The collection also aligns with Saucony's wider philosophy that running helps build stronger communities and deeper personal connections, rather than simply chasing faster times.
Four Colourways Across Three Models
The capsule includes:
ProGrid Guide 7 in Verde Green
ProGrid Guide 7 in Sienna Red
ProGrid Paramount in White, Purple and Yellow
Guide 19 in Cloudy Green with White and Orange accents
The footwear is available in unisex sizing through Saucony and selected retailers.
Why It Matters To Runners
The Spiritual Guidance collection reflects a growing trend within running culture, where many athletes see running as a way to improve both physical and mental wellbeing. By focusing on inner alignment alongside performance, Saucony hopes to encourage runners to find confidence in their own pace and enjoy the experience of movement, whether they are training for a marathon or heading out for a casual run.
