Starbucks Launches Summer in the Clouds Ferris Wheel Event in Manchester on July 24-25

Excitement is brewing in Manchester as Starbucks prepares to launch a unique experience called Starbucks® Summer in the Clouds. This sky-high Ferris wheel event will take place in Exchange Square on Friday, 24 July, and Saturday, 25 July, coinciding with one of the city's biggest summer weekends. The event celebrates the new Cloud Frappuccino® blended beverage range and offers a fantastic opportunity for visitors to enjoy a ride on a bespoke Ferris wheel.

Ferris Wheel Fun

To unlock a ride on the Ferris wheel, guests simply need to purchase any Grande or Venti iced beverage from participating Starbucks locations throughout Manchester city centre. The participating stores include:

• Starbucks Arndale

• Starbucks City Tower Offices

• Starbucks Market Street

• Starbucks Fennel Street

Upon purchasing, customers will receive a ride ticket that can be redeemed at the event site. The Ferris wheel rides will last approximately 6 to 8 minutes, and each gondola can accommodate up to four guests, making it a perfect outing for friends and family.

Tasty Treats and Entertainment

Alongside the Ferris wheel, visitors can indulge in complimentary candy floss that is inspired by the new Cloud Frappuccino® flavours, including:
