Be a part of it.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <p>We are looking for a confident Bank Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>You’ll be working a flexible contract with hours available across Days, Nights and Weekends, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at The Daley Care Centre.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>The Daley Care Centre is a specialist Neurological Complex Care service in Sheffield, dedicated to supporting individuals with high nursing needs, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and complex neurological conditions.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Our dedicated team of registered nurses, support workers, and in-house therapists work together to deliver comprehensive care and support with measurable outcomes.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><b>Your Day-to-Day...</b><br />• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents<br />• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support<br />• Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way<br />• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required<br />• Safeguard<br />• Maintain a safe and clean environment for all<br /><br /><b>You are…</b><br />• Genuinely driven with a desire to make a real difference in people’s lives<br />• An excellent communicator and a good team player<br />• Sensitive and intuitive wi<br />th the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating & varied environment<br />• Helping to empower & support service user independence.</p> <p>• An unpaid carer?
