Please stay way this company does not get back to you and get told email over all the information spoke to the manager still not had a reply rang again today and was told “I can’t do anything” I have complained to them numerous times but still not had any action from them
this place is an absolute joke, if it was possible id rate them negative 10 stars. for start this place definitely rips the tax payer of charging 215 a week per person they say they look after (but really they don't give a care) and then charging the people on benefits an additional 20 per week. your not allowed to work well living with them so you end up sitting in your room a lot. repairs take forever, you complain or ask when this will can be fixed and they will start handing out warnings, they can and will kick you from the property whenever they want and for whatever reason they decide. they will and can show up at anytime Monday to Friday to check the house or kick you from it as they don't have to give you any warning that they want you to leave. they don't allow most things in the property that most people would have if they lived alone like, no fan no heater no fridge and so on. by far id suggest everyone stay far away from this company as all they will do is absolutely nothing but moan they don't get paid enough to deal with this, you will hear that a lot despite how much they charge the council and the fact they don't have to pay any tax what soever. please stay far far far away from this place if you value your own mental health as this place will see you as a stack of cash and nothing else.
I have now used their services twice and found it amenable to my needs, the staff can be supportive and pleasant, but there are exceptions to all rules. The support side wasn't needed in my case so can't speak for that aspect of their service, but I found when I asked I usually found them forthcoming with what I needed. I have read some poor reviews on here, and I didn't see nothing of the kind while I stayed with them. Most of the complaints are from people that didn't want to put the work in to make changes, the kind that wants the world to change for them; sorry the world don't work like that. Thank you again for for what you did, and I hope on my return I will see you all again.
So my experience with Bridget housing The first week of living in the property the front door was kicked in by police because of one of the tenants bringing violence and domestic abuse into the house constantly arguing with his partner as heard in the video Multiple times the tenants had people in past 11 for the couple of days in fact One of the tenants was also doing class a drugs as shown in another photo with the needle in the tree that was the back garden I reported this multiple times nothing was said but gain MORE EVIDENCE then I already had I taken 2 weeks away from the property due to mental health problems because of that property I attempted multiple times in the house to kill myself and yet nothing was resolved the more I complained and sent evidence the less they cared for me and my need I told them what was best for me and my support was declined it taken them 3 months to fix the front door the cleaning was never done even when I decided to be generous and clean up after the lazy tramps that live there and yet the same day it was a mess again we even made a decision to do a house clean with all the tenants but yet nothing still My needs and support was not there, after all of this I was evicted because I had to take time away from the property as nothing was being dealt with but that’s the reason I was evicted but yet I had evidence of the tenants going full and beyond the tenancy agreement and I was the one removed from the property after this I decided to call up my housing benefits and they was still claiming after I was evicted I went to the property within the 20 days they gave me to collect my stuff on the day of going to collect from the house my room door key was changed and all my stuff eas removed 2 DAYS after I went to go collect my stuff My stuff was taken all the way to dewsbury and they expected someone that is in low income and no form of travel to collect my stuff when I finally did get my stuff with my therapist they had the audacity to keep half of my stuff behind Expensive food stuff was taken such as cups, plates and equipment was left at the property for the other tenants Was not happy to be in this place if I could I would rate a -10 starts if that was possible Highly suggest to stay away from this organisation as all they want is your money nothing else £80 a month for nothing to be done but ask for more evidence what a joke Will be taking it further then this google review
Allegedly this pseudo charity is under investigation for fraud. Stay well clear. Especially stay clear from Helen aka Heather. If they don't even use their real names how can these exploitive people be trusted. As seen in a local paper.
