Visited today, food was lovely, tasty, fresh and hot. Service was great, staff were friendly and helpful. Seemed happy to cater to my dietary needs also. It is evident that staff care about the appearance of the store. We witnessed staff replenishing stock and visibly cleaning throughout our visit. Well done, we will definitely be back in the future.
Absolutely shocking service. Simple order of 4 burgers and 2 lots of fries but only 3 burgers delivered. Left a child without food and couldn't deliver the missing item because it only delivers through a 3rd party. We ordered delivery as we didn't have a car do couldn't pick up the missing burger. They were in the wrong not the delivery company but Urban Burger couldn't solve the problem they created. Maybe they need to get staff who can count 4 burgers into a bag.
The staff here really are so lovely and friendly. Best burgers I've had in a long time. Offer gluten free options and the gluten free burger tastes just as good as a normal one! Bit on the pricey side but you absolutely get what you pay for, it's quality food and it's worth it! Staff are lovely and helpful, really clued up on gluten free and what's available. Service is quick and friendly.
The food was delicious and it was same as five guys concept, but with a much better price tag.
This is a great place to grab a top quality burger, whether it be beef or chicken, with plenty of add-your-own toppings to choose from i.e. lettuce, grilled mushrooms, BBQ sauce etc. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the ordering process is very quick and simple. Highly recommended! ☆☆☆☆☆
