I’m so disappointed with the food I received tonight. I have seen a very obvious difference within this KFC during the past year or so, the food lacks so much quality and taste where as before it was excellent. Tonight, I received an order that was completely inedible… though I did order through Uber and have received a partial refund for the poor quality of my food, I am still not happy that I have spent over £20 on food I couldn’t eat at all. First of all, the chicken I received had slimy skin, I’m never picky about the chicken but this was just disgusting… not ONE piece (I had 10+) was correctly prepared to eat. Then the chips, soggy and cold. The gravy tasted like chicken water, starchy too. Now, this wasn’t the curriers fault at all, the order had come 10 minutes max after ordering so this wasn’t down to Uber.
the food was really good, the workers are super nice and catering, the food didn’t take too long to receive and the place was constantly being cleaned so it was well maintained!
This KFC by far the best I’ve been to! VR Ready - excellent service and this is what all stores should be following!

He was really nice to me and even had helped me to do a survey to get a free chocolate ice cream or cookie.
