Ive not been KFC in about 8 years, I remember it being banging. However, boneless chicken strips are baby size, fillet burger was like a mini fillet, chips were ok. But worst of all the price, £10.50 or more per meal!!! Don't bother and just order a take away, really poor value for money. Staff were lovely though.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE VIA JUST EAT. I’ve ordered from here twice in the last 2 weeks. Both times the delivery time was pushed back twice & took over 1:30hr to arrive. Then, when it did arrive the food was ice cold & the orders were wrong. BOTH TIMES. This is standard practice for them. Also they won’t honour a refund. Franchisees sort this place out, they’re a stain on your name.
We order a takeaway tonight the order took a bit longer to deliver and the food was cold and it wasn’t given right I am so disappointed this time Most importantly the fries gone cold and bit dry
Customer service was absolutely shocking. She had a really bad attitude towards a disabled person. It would of been nice saying it in a nice way. Plus there was nobody at the window and waited a good 5 mins for the person to come. Put nobody did. I seriously think you retrainning your staff
This KFC restaurant is generally kept clean. I've noticed they have stopped serving coffees which I wasn't too happy about. The staff seem hard working. I haven't checked the toilets at this branch but honestly if they're anything like the KFC branch down at the designer outlet, they were revolting. I'll update my review once I check the toilet area. Overall though, restaurant is clean and tidy and service seems swift and efficient. would recommend!
