Vets Now Doncaster

Absolutely amazing people!! My cat got brought in by some lovely people as he was unfortunately found at the side of the road and passed away. The team were amazing they called me to discuss if it was my cat and gave so much kindness and care and time when I got there. I couldn’t decide what to do and needed time to get the money together for a cremation for him. The vets held him for me and kept in contact and they were so so kind every time I had spoken with them! They have now unexpectedly sent me a card and some forget me not seeds with some beautiful words in that set me off again. I can not thank them enough for all they have done for me and for Oscar I’m forever grateful! Truly amazing! Thank you so much again from the bottom of my heart! 💕

The triage nurse and the vet, Emma and Sarah (I think) were so friendly, supportive and caring as well as being highly professional. My gorgeous boy, Max, was having palliative care for cancer at home but I believed him to be in pain and just needed confirmation/reassurance he wasn't and I was given that. I was also advised that I could make a small change to his medication, if I felt he needed it. I went away happy and would certainly recommend this practice to anyone who needs an emergency vet. Thank you so much for putting my mind at rest.

We used Vets Now for a medical emergency with our beloved cat. They were wonderful. Spoke us clearly through each stage, saw us promptly and without delay, both Vets who saw Delilah were compassionate and kind, and explained things clearly. Whilst we are still unsure what caused her to become so ill, the IV undoubtedly saved her life, and she is now resting at home, and slowly getting back on her paws. Thank you 🙏 Also we really appreciated the regular phone updates and being so involved in the treatment plan.

Excellent service. Vets Now had my cat overnight for 2 nights and looked after him well. Good communication skills on keeping me update on how my cat was doing and what he needed.

I have never known a vet support me as the owner and care for my girl as much as during my experience for emergency surgery. It is as though she was also part of their family. I love how excited Ximo is to phone you with updates , he really understands how you feel and I honestly could not have asked for more
