Visited Flip Out Doncaster recently and honestly felt really disappointed for the price. We paid around £43 for 3 children including socks, only to find there was very little actually included. The laser tag costs extra, the bouncy castle area was shut, and what’s left is mainly trampolines and a foam pit for just an hour. What made it worse was the lack of supervision. Older teenagers were jumping around very rough with no consideration for younger children, while staff stood chatting and didn’t seem to be paying attention at all. The toddler area was probably the best part, but overall the place felt dirty and poorly maintained: dust and dirt noticeable in several areas. For the amount charged, I expected a much cleaner, safer and better organised experience. Unfortunately wouldn’t rush back.

39 for two adults and a child is an absolute joke for the state of this place. It’s tired, dirty, and clearly hasn’t been properly maintained in years. Worn-out, battered equipment everywhere, with a soft play area that is completely unsuitable for young children. Frankly, I wouldn’t call it safe. The staff were rude, hostile, and shockingly unprofessional. Within 20 minutes of arriving, I was spoken to like rubbish for helping my 3-year-old bounce. If basic parenting is a problem, maybe this isn’t a place that should be advertising itself as child-friendly. Raising concerns with the manager and even the “area manager” was pointless. Both were dismissive and uninterested. The response was effectively: leave if you want, but don’t expect a refund. There is no clear information anywhere stating refunds aren’t allowed, which feels deliberately misleading. This place is overpriced, poorly run, and completely unwelcoming to families. There are far better venues nearby that are cleaner, safer, friendlier, and cost a fraction of the price. Save your money and your patience. Avoid.

Visited for a friends birthday treat. Firstly, there were no staff in sight. We stood waiting around 20minutes for the desk to be managed and allow us entry. I noticed immediately that the floors were very unkept and dirty. Walking into the first area, the tables and floors were disgusting!! Bottles of pop covering the floor, bins overflowing, tables a mess. Obviously hadnt been cleaned for quite sometime and i dare say all day. The cafe area was alot better but still only one member of staff, who came across like they didnt have a clue but was polite enough. The toilets, hadn't been cleaned for god knows how long either. Muck and dust covered the sink area. The foam pit was closed, and begrudgingly a 3rd and final member of staff opened it up. He offered to open the bouncy castle area, nothing special about that!! The duel area had foam uncovered and hanging off the sides. Overall, for the price it really wasnt worth it. It needs a serious deep clean and more staff who are actually interested in their customers and experience. And id say they really need to look into the maintenance side of things! We wont be going back in a rush, if at all unfortunately.

Terrible experience. If you are thinking about booking a birthday party here, I strongly recommend choosing somewhere else. I paid £250 for my daughter's birthday party, and it turned into a complete nightmare. The food tasted like it had been reheated in a microwave, and the fries were cold and rubbery. The room where my daughter was supposed to celebrate was dark, with no proper lighting, no decorations, and not even a special chair for the birthday girl. There was absolutely nothing to make it feel like a birthday party. The staff were young and seemed more interested in waiting for us to leave than making sure the children had a great time. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. We will never come back, and I want to warn other parents not to book a birthday party here.

Greeted with an arrogant staff member when trying to check in 20 minutes early as advised by flip out once we booked online ( we was following the instructions). Inflatable section was closed off then with only 3 minutes of our session left it was then available ( yes all the inflatable section was inflated the whole time )🙃. I've never been so unimpressed at any other trampoline place. If only 0 stars out of 5 stars was available i would have selected it.
