There’s a real feeling of space throughout.”

The architectural design of Clayton Manor was led by Shayne Niemen from Niemen Blume. Niemen described the challenges posed by the site’s slope and the surrounding trees, but he also saw these as opportunities to create a more dynamic living environment.
