Ventrolla

Ventrolla have been an excellent company to deal with and delighted with the final results, having replaced several very old windows and refreshed several others. Job was scoped well but communication and coordination from Catherine was fantastic, working around our son’s wedding. The shining stars though were the installers David and James who were just a pleasure to have around, they did an amazing job and were friendly, polite and professional - really going the extra mile to keep us up to date on timings, helping to keep the house clean and being considerate throughout. From a wider product perspective, extremely pleased with the finish and hardware; it would have been nice to have the windows painted in a final coat but overall highly recommended.

Ventrolla were a pleasure to work with, from the survey at the beginning, to the technical, to installation and decoration. We recently had 12 sash windows restored in our listed property, including some completely new ones to replace those that had deteriorated too far. The new ones were designed to reproduce exactly the pattern of the remaining original windows in order to conform to listing requirements. Thanks to this, we have been able to return our building to its original appearance. The team of installers and decorators, especially Andy V, Miles, Lewis, Andy S, Scott, Kev and Alan, were great all around: Efficient, tidy, charming, and flexible, working around our needs throughout the project. A great big thank you to all of them!

We had a great experience with Ventrolla. Really impressed with the high quality of the replacement windows, better insulation and much quieter. Andy E and Derek did a fantastic job - they were professional, friendly and hard working. The project manager, Zoey, made sure everything went smoothly. We are really pleased with how everything turned out.

We initially had our downstairs windows replaced by Ventrolla and were so pleased we have now used them again for upstairs. The company is professional with a high quality product and excellent installation work. Carl and Dean were particularly good as our installers and we thank them for the quality of their work

We had one of our very old sash windows replaced by Ventrolla, The service was great, we are very happy with the new window, it’s beautifully made and was installed perfectly.
