The Trick

The Trick, a first-floor apartment, consists of a kitchen with double electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and iron with ironing board, a dining area with dining table, and a sitting area with Apple TV, Sonos speaker, and DVD player. The bedroom consists of a super-king size (zip/link) with TV, along with a bathroom. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a shared front lawn and designated parking for one car in a private car park. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 0.3 miles, beach 0.2 miles. However you decide to spend your days here in Cornwall, guarantee a memorable getaway with a stay at The Trick. Note: Babes in arms only. Note: There is no lift access and there is one flight of stairs to the front door of the property. Once inside the entrance foyer, there are sixteen steps ascending to the entrance of the apartment.
