The living areas in the property consist of a first-floor kitchen/diner with electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, coffee machine, a sitting room with Smart TV with Freeview, Netflix, DVD player, DAB radio, and balcony, and a utility with washing machine and drying cabinet. There are two ground-floor king-size rooms with en-suite shower rooms, a ground-floor 2’6 twin with zip/link, and a double, along with a ground-floor bathroom and a shower room. Outside, there is a large, enclosed garden with patio and furniture, balcony with seating, as well as private off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.6 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.5 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
