The Mumbles is known locally as a prime leisure location with its Victoria pier excellent range of shops and wide choice of restaurants bars and pubs. The recently fitted French doors allows direct access to the shared garden from the lounge/kitchen/diner. Upstairs there are two bedrooms both of which have beds which sit under skylight windows and include TV s. The first of these is a double room whilst the other is a pleasant twin room. The shower room offers a corner shower cubicle and WC whilst a separate WC can be found on the ground floor. Outside there is a generously sized shared enclosed garden to the side and rear of the property which is mainly set to lawn and has garden furniture and a BBQ provided helping guests to make the most of this relaxing space.
