Please note that the property only accepts Friday check-ins for week long and weekend bookings, three day weekends on peak holiday periods and bank holidays. Walpole Bay Sea Views consists of a kitchen/diner with oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining table, and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and twin (zip/link), along with a bathroom. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is free garage parking on the premises, plus additional roadside parking available. One, quiet, well behaved pets welcome. No smoking. Visit Flat 12, Florence Court for your next adventure. Note: Two flights of stairs up to the property entrance and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: There can be no late-night noise, no parties, events, or illegal activities. Note: No excessive noise after 9pm.
